Full payment is expected by your arraignment date. However, if there is a need for a payment plan, arrangements will be made if you qualify. 

We accept check, cash, money orders, or official checks. Please note your name and ticket number with your payment.

The municipal court plea day is held on the second Wednesday of each month at 1:30 pm. If you enter a “not guilty” plea the judge will assign you a trial date it will be the fourth Wednesday of the month at 1:30 pm. There is an exception for the month of December. (See Court Calendar)

An appearance date will not be required if you come in at an earlier date (excluding drug and alcohol related charges). A telephone call will not substitute for your appearance.
